2. Verification tiers are not guarantees
Property Passport tiers, source tiers and Digital Title Assurance statuses describe what has been checked and by whom — they are not a legal guarantee of title, ownership or regulatory compliance. Independent legal review is recommended before any financial commitment.
3. Algorithmic estimates
AVM price estimates and loan-readiness indicators are algorithmic and indicative only. They are not an official valuation, bank appraisal, or loan approval.
4. User conduct
Users must provide accurate information when listing, applying for services, or submitting verification documents. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
