Trust & Verification
Every claim on is source-tagged
We never present an unqualified "100% verified" badge. Every fact on a listing carries a verification tier and a source tier, so you always know exactly what was checked, by whom, and when.
Property Passport verification tiers
The submitting party has completed baseline OTP and KYC/KYB checks. Property legality is not implied at this tier.
Core submitted documents have been matched to public registry indices as of the stated date. Field audits or on-site measurement variances may still be pending.
Document, inventory, pricing and exception-note assembly is complete. This listing can enter loan, legal-escrow and title-execution workflows under disclosed conditions.
Source tiers behind every fact
RERA registration numbers, survey references and every other data point are tagged with where they came from — a government record, a regulated professional, a self-submission, or an algorithm.
Tier A — Statutory Record
Confidence weight 0.99
Tier B — Regulated Professional
Confidence weight 0.85
Tier C — Submitted (Unverified)
Confidence weight 0.5
Tier D — Algorithmic Estimate
Confidence weight 0
Digital Title Assurance status
This is a heuristic consistency check against the submitted survey/ULPIN reference formats, not a live query against a government land-record system (ULPIN/NGDRS). Discrepancy Indicators Identified here are not proof of a title defect, and the absence of a discrepancy is not proof of clean title.
A licensed valuer, advocate or admin reviewer has examined the submitted documents and heuristic check above. Independent Legal Review Recommended Before Financial Commitment — this review is not a conclusive title-clearance certificate.
Title-assurance status is shown per-listing on the property page, submitted by owners and reviewed by licensed valuers and advocates on our Service Partner panel.
Document review
A standalone document-review timeline (sale deed, encumbrance certificate, RERA filing) across every listing you're tracking is planned for a future release. Today, document evidence appears inline on each listing's Property Passport section.
Buyer guides
Plain-language guides to RERA, home loans, stamp duty and title due-diligence are planned. In the meantime, every disclaimer you see inline is the authoritative, compliance-reviewed version.
