How Property Verification Works

Every listing on SitesNSign carries two separate signals: a verification tier and a source tier. The verification tier tells you what was actually checked about the listing. The source tier tells you where that fact came from — a government record, a regulated professional, a self-submission by the lister, or an algorithmic check. Keeping these separate matters: a fact from a government record and a fact typed in by the lister are not equally reliable, even if both appear on the same listing page.

The full evidence behind these signals — documents, discrepancy notes, and a history of what was reviewed and when — lives in the listing's Property Passport, opened from the Property Passport tab on any listing detail page. Nothing in a verification tier or source tier is a substitute for reading that evidence yourself.
