Verification Tiers Explained

Each listing carries one of these tiers — here is exactly what each one promises.

  • Tier 1 — Identity Verified

    The submitting party has completed baseline OTP and KYC/KYB checks. Property legality is not implied at this tier.

  • Tier 2 — Document Verified

    Core submitted documents have been matched to public registry indices as of the stated date. Field audits or on-site measurement variances may still be pending.

  • Tier 3 — Transaction Ready

    Document, inventory, pricing and exception-note assembly is complete. This listing can enter loan, legal-escrow and title-execution workflows under disclosed conditions.
